Log into your Jump account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Place your electronics in their original packaging, including all manuals, cables, and accessories, to ensure a full refund and prevent damage during transit.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are fully covered.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; once our technicians inspect the device, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days.
